The Enterprise Centre Business Park, Asheridge, Road Chesham
Merritt Properties bought a gently sloping 2.5 acre site in Chesham adjoining both a residential and light industrial areas. Project Design Architects had gained an outline planning permission establishing both the type and size of development allowed. The next stage was to develop and obtain a full detailed planning permission which established a series of office ‘villas’ with associated car-parking with a high quality landscaping scheme.The scheme went to tender (£4.6 million). The site was sold by the client.
